Each Lessons piece is carefully packed in London and sent using tracked delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Each order is packed with care in a reusable cotton dust bag, piling comb and ceder ball.

If your parcel is not successfully delivered and is returned to us, you’ll receive a refund for your order minus any shipping costs or duties incurred. For custom orders, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipment. We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost or delayed due to failed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages. Tracking your parcel is strongly recommended.
EU Right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union may withdraw their order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, please email returns@lessonslondon.com before the withdrawal period ends.
Items must be returned within 14 days of notification. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the goods, using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable except where the order is cancelled before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Lessons piece.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
Exchanges
As our knitwear is handmade in small batches, we kindly ask that you choose your size carefully and avoid ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning.
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
How to return
To request a return, please email returns@lessonslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been approved, you’ll receive the correct returns address and instructions. Items must then be sent back within 14 days of approval.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping FEEs
If you cancel your order before dispatch, your original standard shipping cost will be refunded. In all other cases, shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for arranging the return with their chosen courier. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, so please retain proof of postage and a tracking number.
International Customers
We ship worldwide from London using reliable, fully tracked services. The notes below outline how delivery fees, duties and taxes are handled for orders placed outside the UK.

About Import Charges
Import duties and taxes are set independently by each country’s customs office and are based on product category, materials and order value. As our knitwear is dispatched from the UK, these charges may apply when your order arrives in your country.

Delivery fees are collected at checkout; any duties or taxes applied by your local customs office will be collected separately upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s import guidelines if you would like an estimate before ordering.
