Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy reflects our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction. We utilize eco-friendly packaging and partner with reputable carriers to deliver your orders in a timely manner. The shipping process is transparent, and you can stay informed about the journey of your package from our workshop to your doorstep.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
As our knitwear is handmade in small batches, we kindly ask that you choose your size carefully and avoid ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning.
To request a return, please email returns@lessonslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request has been approved, we will provide the correct returns address and instructions. Items must then be sent back within 14 days of approval.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
